Calendar in Outlook 2003

I have a friend using Outlook 2003. None of the holidays are appearing. I
had a similar problem with Outlook 2002 and was able to download an update
for the calendar. I haven't been able to find the same download for 2003.

Has the user run Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Add Holidays yet?
