calendar in Outlook, I get message not implemented

I'm trying to use the claendar feature in Outlook. When I click on
appointment, I get the message, not implementted.

Have you completely stopped and restarted Outlook? Does the problem recur?

Yes, In fact I've reinstalled Outlook.
