calendar in public folders

We have Exchange 5.5 with SP4. We have public folders,
one with a calendar. Two outlook users are showing
appointments on the day that it is scheduled, but they are
also showing the day before it is scheduled. This only
appears to be happening to 2 users right now. Also the
clock is solid black instead of grey. Can anyone help?
