Calendar Interactment

Hi,

I know this is a big ask, but here goes!.....

......I've been asked an impossible question of Outlook
that I'm not sure if it can do. What they want it to do
is to have the power to input into a system that a person
is off sick and then that system to integrate with the
person's Outlook calender and show them as being off sick
and perhaps an out of office message too for people
trying to contact them thru email. The other part that
would be nice is to flag with the person's manager if
they have appointments in the calendar when they are off
sick. I know this is a long shot, but any help/advice
greatly appreciated.
