Hi,
I have problem with a shared Calendar: we have an office in which two
secretaries both maintain the Calendar of their manager. Both have
Publishing Editor rights to the manager's mailbox, all are using Outlook
2001. They see an odd effect in which appointments made by one will
periodicaly disappear to the other. Say Secretary A inserts an appointment
on Monday, secretary B can see this when it first goes in. However if
secreatary B looks for the appointment a few days later it will have a
disappeared even though it is still there from Secretary A's machine. When
secretary B reopens her Outlook hours or minutes later the 'missing'
appointments have re-appeared.
Any ideas?
