Calendar invitation does not show invitees free/busy schedule

Our dept of 5 Macs using Entourage can not view the rest of the companies
free/busy status when sending calendar invites. The company uses an exchange
server and there is no problem sending/receiving emails or calendar events.
When viewing the scheduling tab in the invite all attendees are grayed out
showing no information. Is there a preference or set up step that has been
missed? Does Entourage for the Mac even offer this function?

Free/Busy information is a service of the public folders server. You may
not have the correct public folders server entered into your Exchange
settings.

To verify your correct Exchange servers do this:

1. Log in to your account using Outlook for Windows.
2. Locate the Outlook icon in the System Tray near the clock.
3. Hold the Control key down *and* right-click the Outlook icon.
4. Select "Connection Status" from the contextual menu.
5. Verify that your mail, public folders and LDAP servers are correct.

You may also need to append "/public" to the end of your public folders
server address.

Hope this helps!
