Calendar isn't showing appts. to all.

Hello,

User is having trouble with sending out appointments. When She sends it out
using the Distribution List, it only goes out to few people
in the DL, but not to all. The people in DL are valid users with correct
email addresses, etc.
She has to manually send the meeting appointments to them.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
