Hello all,
Heres the problem. I have a user that opens outlook 2003. no problem
opening it. User can move around in outlook- inbox,contacts...ect.. bu
as soon as the user clicks on the calendar - outlook freezes, only wa
to get out is cntrl/alt/del....
What Ive Tried:
Removed and Created new outlook profile
Wiped users NT profile
Removed and reinstalled outlook -(including cleaning registry)
We are using win2k with service pak4 - Office 2003 is also servic
packed. If I create her exchange profile on my machine, Im able to ope
her calendar no prob - so that leads me to believe its not a corrup
calendar. But not sure what else..anyone ever run into this?
Im going to have the user log into another pc tommarow- and im assumin
she will be able to get into her calendar - since i was able to open i
up in my box.... Just wondering if anyone has any ideas so I dont hav
to image a new machine for this user
Any help will be appreciated
thank yo
