Calendar Issue

I have a user that has a situation in which when she receives a "suggest new
time" update, the update does NOT delete the original meeting.

This has happened since we upgraded our Exchange server from 2003 to 2007.
This is really starting to be a problem and I would like to find a solution.

Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 R2 64bit server
