Calendar making me crazy

Using the wizard in Pub 2003, I created the first month of my calendar.
There were significant changes, so I saved it as a template. I then
closed the file and retrieved the template. Then, I changed the date
range to add a few more months. The first month still looks good, but
the new months revert back to the original publisher design. Any ideas
how I can add months and maintain my new design?

Create a new publication, make note of the color scheme of the calendar
template. Copy/paste your edited calendar page to the new publication, apply the
color scheme. Add 11 pages,copy/paste your edits sans the calendar table to the
11 pages. Back to the calendar template, from edit, open the Office clipboard.
Do the page range thing, copy only the calendar table for each month and paste
to your new publication. The Office clipboard will collect 24 items. You will
have to edit the month titles.

Mary,
I can get as far as "open the Office clipboard" but the page range
option is nowhere to be found.

I meant do your date range on the calendar template. Copy just the table/paste,
the Office Clipboard will collect all eleven months or how many you specified in
the date range.

That worked. Thanks, but what a pain in the butt. It should be much
easier to create a template and then have the usual template functions
available, without all the cut and paste. But it's done and I won't
have to create another calendar again until 2007.

I'm glad it worked for you. Gee, 2007 is that far off!
Thanks for posting back your success, it is appreciated.
