re: Outlook (2000):
When there are many entries for a particular hour (more than will fit
on the Day, Week, Work week, and Month Views) - how does one access the
hidden items?
For example - I am trying to schedule 12 things for 8AM (this calendar
designates that all twelve of our office staff will arrive at 8AM)
After you get to about 6 items - I can't see the others scheduled to
come in at 8AM. Printing in the Week view does print everyone out -
but this doesn't help if the user needs to update the time that they
will come in, and cannot access their calendar item!
I've tried tabbing through the 8AM calendar items, but when you get to
the last visible one, it begins back at the beginning of the 8AM items.
ideas?
Thanks.
