calendar meeting details: outlook won't show all the details

When I type in details for a scheduled meeting, not all of the details show
up when I view the calendar or even print the calendar. I have set my view to
View/Arrange By/Current View/Day,week,month view with AutoPreview, but it
still seems to give a word limit as to how many words it displays or prints.
is there a character or word limit set for this? if so, how can I customize
this?
