Calendar meeting not showing but time is always busy ...

Hi

We're running Exchange 2000 with SP4 and worskation on W2K with SP3. When one of our user try to add a new meeting in his calendar, he has the yellow banner at the top and the new meeting is confilcting with another meeting. The fact is that there is no other meeting that day ??? The time in the availibitlity tab seems to be all busy (all day long blue lines) when the calendar is empty

Did you see that previously ? Any help will be more that appreciated
