Calendar meeting responses sent to all

I am assisting a customer who is having issues with his calendar. When he
sends a meeting request and the recipiants accept or decline the request, the
response is sent to all on the list instead of sending just to the meeting
request originator. The originator is not requesting a meeting to a
distribution list, he is picking individuals separatly. He has no delagates
listed listed on his computer. Can anyone think of a reason why when this
individual creats a meeting/appointment all of the responses would be sent to
all?
