Calendar Name Showing First Last Name

Contacts is showing last Name, first name but when we
click on the address book and click on contacts it shows
first name last name in the name column. Is there anyway
to change this.

solution. Since I don't see Vinny's response, I'll tell
you I'm using Outlook 2003 and would greatly appreciate
knowing how to fix this.

Tools | Email Accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books. Select Outlook Address Book, then click Change.
