I'm not the one who designed it and made the links unremovable and I don’t
work for them either.
Are you showing the Views in the navigation pane? Those can be removed
(Views menu.) Otherwise, to see more calendars you need a larger screen or
higher resolution. Push the folder module buttons down to one row.
Feel free to post it as a thing that needs fixed in outlook 2010 at

Is it possible to change the size or hide the unamed section of the
calendar
navigation pane that includes "How to Share Calendars" "Open a Shared
Calendar..." "Search Calendars Online" etc. It has all of the wasted
space,
and I never use it.
