Outlook 2000
I'm not sure if this should be posted here or an Exchange group. One of our
users maintaines a Public Folder called Surgical On-Call Calendar. In it
they place, as recurring appts., names and pagers of Surgical On-call
nurses.
However, on two of the recurring appts, they don't show as recurring appts.,
but as "Discussion."
Two further lines in the message are "Post to Microsoft Outlook Embedded
Message" and Conversation (in which the nurses name and ph # appear).
The user cannot delete or modify these entries and when I log in as Exchange
Admin, I can't either.
Is there any way to delete them?
