You would want to use Exchange server. How big is your office?

Alternatively, you can use another appointment sync solution. Both
Microsoft and Google offer such solutions.

If you are going to share calendar information only between two pcs yo
should try any of the third party sync applications. It is definitel
less expensive than Exchange. I would like to recommend you Sync2
