Calendar options externally

Can someone please tell me what options are avalaible to
external people using the Calendar view such as voting
buttons acceptance buttons so on and so forth. How would
what work for poeple not using Outlook. Can someone tell
what options work if any

External recipients must receive the voting/meeting/etc. requests in Rich
Text Format. Only Outlook uses RTF (except for Eudora and I don't know if
they can use these options.)
