Calendar overlay is lost when I restart Outlook 2007?

How do I get the calendar overlay to remain as last used? When I restart
outlook my calendar overlay reverts back to a single calendar view.

It should always revert to the default calendar. Unfortunately it can't be
changed.

Okay. But I have just found that if my default opening folder is something
other than the calendar and I then select a day from my calendar under the
TO-Do Bar the calendar will open in overlay mode. The calendar will not open
in overlay mode if I select the calendar in the Navigation pane.

It should always revert to the default calendar. Unfortunately it can't be
changed.
