Our Scenario:
We are moving our Outlook users to a new server in a new domain. Since they
still need access to the old domain for Resource mailboxes that we have set
up for conference rooms, equipment, etc., we want to let them log in directly
to the individual resource calendars in OWA, using their own credentials,
since they can no longer see it from Outlook while logged onto the new
server/domain.
Our Problem:
When opening that resources calendar, any user can update anyone else's
entries.
Our Question:
How can we set permissions so that users can only update or delete their own
entries. We tried setting the default permission to 'Author' from within
Outlook, but that didn't help. If we need to go deeper into permissioning
from Active Directory Users and Computers, what would we do?
Thanks...Jake
