Calendar permissions from a .PST

I saw a similiar question posted on the 16th but it
didn't wasn't quite clear so I apologize if I'm repeating
too much.
I have 2 users who have their mail delivered to a .pst
file. Is it possible for them to give someone access to
their calendars? The permissions tab is not there and I
didn't know if there was another way this could be done.
We are running Outlook XP and Exchange 2000.

No. PSTs are not designed for shared access.
