usually when something doesn't stick its because outlook didn't close
cleanly as several things aren't saved until outlook closes (including the
nav pane and nickname cache).
Find the xml file that holds the nav pane data and rename it - restart
outlook and see if the changes stick.
paste this line
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
in the address bar of windows explorer to find the file.

Thanks for the response Diane. It is not running in the task manager.
I have also tried Rt-Click-Arrange by name which sorts them by name but
reverts to the original position when I close and open.

When you close outlook verify it is not running in the task manager.

I view my calendar and two internet (shared) calendars side by side.
I use Move Up and Move Down in list to position them from left to
right,
but
when I close and open OL 2007, the calendars move back to ther
oringinal
positions. Is there any way to always display my calendar on the left
and
position the other two permanently?
Thanks for any help.
