calendar printing assistant duplicate appointments

I am a delegate for the CEOs calendar. He calendar/inbox/etc. has been added
to my lefthand pane so I can see his items at all times. When I use the
Calendar Printing Assistant for his calendar it is duplicating all his
appointments. What is the fix for this?
