Is there a way of printing the Month/Image template without the image page?
I'm happy with the calendar view but don't want the image page.

Which template are you using? If a 2 page template with the image on a
separate page, just edit your print dialog to show which page you want to
download. For instance, in my print dialog, I can choose to print all,
print a range, or print a specific page.

Thanks Milly
I'm using the Month Images template and it only offers to Print All or print
a Date Range. There is no option to select pages. Even the printer Settings
only says Print All.

No, none of the other templates has the calendar layout that comes with the
Month Images template.
I have been to the site you suggested and I'm quite capable with coding but
it's near impossible to find the settings within all of the XML files.
I agree with you. it should be able to be done but I can't find the "how".

tried that exact edit, it should be possible. This will point you in the
right direction: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/editcpao.asp.
Without knowing what is involved in removing the image (since I haven't
looked for that exact edit)- it might be easier to identify the attributes
you like in the image calendar and make the changes in the non-image
calendar that has the most things you like.

Not impossible, it just takes time and patience and a willingness to try.
The only info I was given about the templates was they could be opened using
a zip program and which file to edit. Everything else on the editcpao page I
discovered by trial and error - including the easiest way to edit and
refresh the calendar.

If the element you want to copy is the day format, look for <DayFormat> and
experiment with the code between it and </DayFormat> If you aren't sure
which one is the right attribute, make a wild change (ie, from small text to
large, true to false etc) and refresh the calendar in CPA. At most it will
complain and give you the line # where it errors.

If you identify elements and attributes, you can post them as comments to
http://outlook-tips.net/cs/blogs/outlooktips/archive/2009/02/23/895.aspx so
that others can benefit.

Thanks Diane You've confirmed for me what I thought I'd have to do. I was
hoping for a shortcut but I'll have a go at making changes and post what I
find out.
