Calendar printing error

When I try to print my Calendar from the Work Week view I get the following
error:
Cannot print unless an item is selected. Select an item now, and try to
print again.

I can print from Day, Weekly and Month views.

I have located and deleted the otlprnt file, I've removed and reinstalled
the printer, I've run Outlook switches resetfolders and clean views. I've run
detect and repair and nothing has fixed the issue.

Any ideas?
