I am looking for troubleshooting the outlook 2003 calendar printing problem,
is there any setting which will build the log file & enable me to further
troubleshoot the printing problems.
It is a typical problem, It is difficult to solve, need expert advice.
Normal printing from outlook prints good in 10 sec.
When printing using a shared calender makes outlook to go to not responding
mode.
Troubleshooting till now:
1) Checked all the settings are same on the mailbox & on the outlook by
checking the working person's outllok.
2) Given all the permissions to secratery on shared user folder (Calendar &
Tasks).

3) Removed taskpad view from page setup in outlook.
printing from outlook in daily, weekly view prints in 10 sec. for the above
shared user.
To print using detail calendar view to print a single page it takes around
3min.
To print for two weeks data it takes around 15min.
During this phase outlook becomes not responding.
Is ther any way that i can findout what is happening in the background,
while outlook 2003 goes to not responding mode. Of course the user is having
multiple recurring meetings.
