Calendar Problems after upgrading to Outlook 2003

Hi,

We recently upgraded a user from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. Now, whenever
they open another users shared calendar they cannot see the appointment
subject, they only see empty white boxes where the appointment has been
created. If they open the blank appointment they see the correct details,
but by default the appointment subject is not visible.

Does anybody know why this might be happening?
