calendar reminder alerts

How do you setup reminder alerts for added mailboxes in outlook calendar.
When I am in outlook calendar, I can setup reminder alerts on my own
calendar. But when I try to setup alerts on added mailboxes the alert does
not work

You only get alerts from your own calendar, not others.
