Calendar Reminders in Outlook 2003 not working

I used use Outlook 2003 on the local domain to access Exchange 2003 in the
office and Outlook 2003 over a VPN to access the same account from home.
Recently I upgraded to Office 2007 (& Vista Biz) at home. Since the upgrade,
I get all calendar reminders at home in Outlook 2007, but none in Outlook
2003 in the office. It doesn't matter if Outlook 2007 is running or not at
home or on what machine the the reminders were created - I receive
absolutely no reminders in the office in Outlook 2003 and receive all
reminders at home in Outlook 2007. Any idea how to fix it so that it works
like it did before I upgraded to Outlook 2007 at home --so that both Outlooks
get all calendar reminders?

Check to ensure your Outlook 2007 is not set for delivery to a Personal
Folders File and that it uses the correct Exchange credentials.

I have a similar problem, in that I had installed Office 2003 Standar
Edition (with Outlook) years ago and had it working well. Recently
however, when I tried to install Office Home and Student 2007 (withou
Outlook), the reminders stopped working altogether. I tried to clea
reminders, but my PC couldn't find the outlook/cleanreminders file.
have since then uninstalled the Office Home and Student 2007; but th
reminders problem persists with Outlook 2003 version. What can
do?!?!?

Oops... spoke too soon. The clean command seemed to work, since
didn't get an error message that Run didn't find the file; but th
reminders STILL are not working. Keep in mind that I have completel
uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003, and the problem persists. I
there anything else that I can do? I appreciate ANY help on this

Thanks for pointing me to the article, which I followed regardin
resolutions. However, even after running "outlook /resetfolders", whe
"outlook /cleanreminders" didn't work, the problem persists. Any othe
thoughts

ALERT -- I figured out the solution; but it probably needs to occur onl
AFTER running the other two jobs: "cleanreminders" and "resetfolders".
Once these jobs are run, go into Tools, Options, Other tab, Advance
Options... button, and then Reminder Options button to bring up a bo
and uncheck Display the reminder. Then click OK all the way out, clos
down Outlook, and wait a minute. This is what first sets all reminder
NOT to operate when they come due. Then to reset all reminders T
operate, launch Outlook, go all the way back into that Reminde
Options... button and recheck the same box to now Display the reminder
allowing all reminders to operate. I even closed down Outlook at thi
point again, before doing any work in it, so as to "save" the ne
setting for all reminders to operate. Then I relaunched Outlook and th
reminders started working properly. YEAHhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
