calendar reminders not dislaying - Outlook 2002

Outlook 2002 SP2

Her outlook is set for 15 mins reminder on her calendar
Tools/Options/Default reminder is ticked for 15 mins.

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
