Calendar schedules 1 hour up with daylight save time

We have a Domain Server providing the time for the stations. Using Automatic
daylight save time on the Windows XP, automatically the "Automatic daylight
save time" option in the outlook is enabled. But this option move the
calendar schedules 1 hour up. Exemple: If I had a meeting at 8 am, this
meeting automatically goes to 9 am. How to fix it, keeping the AUTOMATIC
DAYLIGHT SAVE TIME option enabled? Office 2003.
