I schedule my appointments using outlook 2003 and I color code tem with the
color labels. When I schedule a new appointment, I use the colored label
that pertains to that appointment--for example--Meeting=purple &
billing=pink. Is there a way to only print out the labels of a certain
color. I would like to be able to schedule everything that is going on in my
departments and he different responsibilitis/appointments, and then hand them
out to the people /person who is responsible for that paricular kind of
appointment/responsibility. They are only getting what they need and not the
entire list of what is in my calendar. I hope that makes sense.
Thanks--
