Calendar Share one-way only

I'm sharing my OL2000 calendar at work with my OL2000 at
home. When I add a new appointment at work, it will show
up at work and at home. But when I make an appointment at
home, it doesn't show up at work. It worked before, but
now it only works one-way. How can I fix this?
