How to implement the Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000 so that only particular
group of staff can view each other calendar ?

Please reply in detail

I have tried to setup Outlook to connect to the exchange using POP3 mode and
sharing the calendar.
The recipient receive the invitation and accept. The sender (me) dont
receive the reply in Outlook. When I change back to use Outlook Express .
the reply message can be received

When I change to connect to exchange server directly. It prompt the calendar
is not allowed to publish. although I have add the receipient to have right
to view the calendar . but I cant find the option of connect to other user
calendar

Please suggest

Stop using POP3. Users should be connecting to the Exchange server using the
Exchange email account only. You will then be able to open other calendars
for which you have permission using the File | Open | Other User's Folder
command (or something like that -- I don't have OL2000 handy)
