Calendar Sharing

We are running Office XP, Outlook 2002-running exchang

I have a visit scheduler in our office who schedules visits to our campus for meetings with various counselors. The visit scheduler needs to be able to access and edit the counselor's calendars. We are currently doing this (added that when we were running office 2000) and when I tried to add another counselor's calendar today, the process has evidentally changed

I need to be able for a user (on it's own PC) to access and edit another users (different PC) calendar(s)

Any ideas? We have set permissions to calendar and inbox to editor, but the mailbox will not show up in the folder view

Thank
Jesse

Tools-Email accounts-view/change-change-advanced-add the id of the person you want control of their calendar

That does it. The slipstick site doesnt quite do it that way

That method works only if the user also has access to the top level of the
other mailbox. If they don't, use use File | Open | Other User's Folder.
