Calendar sharing

Any suggestions on how I can view/share calendar's on a daily basis? We have
outlook 2003 and Windows Server 2003/Small Business Exchange Server.

In the Calendar navigation pane, you can open other user's calendars and
should also see any public folder calendars that you've added to Public
Folders\Favorites.
