Calendar Sharing

Johan

We run an Exchange 2003 server and Outlook 2003 on our desktops.
We have 5 users who wish to share a common calendar, besides having their own.
I've created a second calendar in Outlook of one of the users, applied the
necessary permissions, and checked the "automatically generate Microsoft
Exchange views" under the properties, but the other 4 cannot see this
calendar, and it does not appear in the Global Address Book? Am I doing this
wrong?

Did you create it in a mailbox or in the public folders? You need put it in
the public folders.
