Calendar shortcut

I'd like to put a Calendar shortcut on my desktop so that
I can open the Calendar, in a separate window, whenever I
want to, with one click. If possible, I'd like to open
just the TaskPad that way too.

You can create a shortcut to the Calendar by right-clicking the Calendar
folder and dragging it to the desktop -- choose "Copy here" from the
popup menu. You can't do the same with the TaskPad since it's an
integrated part of the Calendar view, but you could always create a
shortcut to your Tasks folder...

That's great. I was afraid it would create a separate
copy of the calendar if I did that. What would happen if
I clicked "New Active Desktop Item" instead of "copy
here"?
You know I never used the Tasks folder, I forgot it was
there, but that looks like exactly the answer.
As long as everything is integrated. I don't want
different copies of the calendar snf taskbar, just a
faster way to get to them in separate windows.
Thanks

I'm not sure what would happen if you chose the Active Desktop Item
option...I didn't feel like messing with it last night :) If you feel
like trying it, let me know what happens.
