Calendar shows Free Item as Busy (Blue Color)

Abhijeet Nigam

Hi ,
I have a strange issue with one of my user(UserB). User A has sent a all day
event to UserB. This All day event is from Day1 to Day 6. the meeting is set
as Free. All the members of the meeting can be seen as Free in Free/busy
information except UserB. If look at UserB in Free/busy , he is shown as Busy
(Blue Color) in scheduling.
I also created a test meeting (All day Event ) and it works in similar
fashion.
I tried cleanfreebusy switch however no change

Any advice please

What version of Outlook do each of these clients use? (Please
include the patch level)

Are these clients: Roaming, Cached Mode?

What version of Exchange is being used? (Again, please include
the patch level)

Have you checked to see what shows on Outlook Web Access?
