Calendar sync issue

With outlook 2003, I download all of my email directly to a pst. This
updates the calendar in my pst when someone sends me a request. I would like
to sync my on line calendar with this off line calendar. I can not seem to
do this. I can however sync with other on line calendars.

You are using Exchange server? You need to leave the exchange mailbox as the
default delivery location then use rules to move messages to the pst
(although its highly recommended you use the exchange mailbox for
everything).
