Hi. We have 2 secretaries that manage their boss's
calendars. When they send meetings as the boss's, they're
fine. But when they update the meeting (change the time,
add additional people, etc.), all heck breaks loose.
When they both change the times on their respective
meetings, sometimes the meetings will have the 'old' time
in the calendar display but will have the correct
time 'in' the appointment. The only way to correct this
is to quit Outlook and start with the /cleanfreebusy
switch. When I go back into the calendar, I will see
the 'old' time in both locations and when I update it this
time, it works fine.
Also sometimes when they update the meetings, if they go
into the sent items, they'll see a sent item for each
person on the list. If they have 5 people on the 'To'
list, they will actually see 5 different sent items, each
item going to all 5 recipients.
It's strange, it's only happening on these 2 peoples'
desktops and the only common fact is that they send
meetings on other's behalf.
