Calendar Synching...?

I have users that need to use a shared calendar but they also need to use
their own calendar. I have searched high and low and can't seem to figure
out how to synch those 2 calendars together with Outlook XP (2002)? Is there
anyone out there that can help me in this or maybe give me a resource that
might better answer the question.

Can anyone help on this yet or is something that just wont and cannot

The best solution would be to bring an Exchange 2003 server online and
configure for both Outlook Web Access and RPC/HTTP. This would allow these
users to access/share data from any location either through a web browser or
using the Outlook 2003 client.

If you are going for the cheapest, fastest solution then please review the
link above for some other popular solutions.
