Calendar Tables

I would like to use the Calendar table format to print out all my
appointments, including the reoccuring ones on the day the reoccur. Much
like the Day/Week view shows all the reoccurances on the day they reoccur, I
would like to see the table format do the same and have an entry for every
day of the reoccurance. Any Ideas?

Table views won't show recurrences because they're not separate entries.
Recurring events are single items with the recurrences being calculated from
the start date and the recurrence pattern. Table views show only the real
events, not calculated ones.

So how do I get a nice compact printout that contains everything including
reoccorances?

You can approximate this by copying your recurring event to another, empty
calendar folder, then exporting that folder. You'll need to specify a date
range if the event has no end date. Export it to a CSV to get one entry for
each occurrence. Now, you can either print that from Excel or you can import
it back into the second calendar folder and then all the recurrences will be
separate items and available in a table view.

Another alternative is to use a 3rd Calendar Maker app called
WinCalendar... it supports importing of Outlook calendar data (yes it
includes re-occurring entries for each day of the recurrence). The
calendars are generated in native editable MS Excel & Word format so
you can fine tune & further edit if needed.

So I am getting this error when I do the export from my calander folder

An error occurred while importing or exporting and the import/export was
terminated. MAPI error 0X80070057 was reported. Please try to import/export
again later.

What do I need to do to fix this bump in the proceedure?
