Calendar time increments, altering

I am new to Outlook and I am considering using it as my primary calendar
system. However, I need to be able to have the calendar automatically set to
increments of 45 minutes, and I can't figure out how to do this. If I could
change this setting it would definitely make using Outlook a promising
option. Thanks for any help you can offer.
