Calendar time not showing up: Entourage Time Stamp issue

I recently change timezones for a week. So I change Time Zone on in
systems preferences thinking that would update entourage Calendar so meeting
times would be sync to local time. Well that didn¹t work so I did some
research and stated you need to up International format customize and mess
with the setting there. I came back change back to my normal Time zone now
all email receive and sent have the same time stamp, the date I change in
the system preferences International format times customize. See screen
shots below displaying issue

How do I get correct time to so in entourage mail for sent and received
mail?

Entourage Version 12.2.0 (090605)

System Software Overview:

System Version: Mac OS X 10.5.7 (9J61)
Kernel Version: Darwin 9.7.0
Boot Volume: Macintosh HD
Boot Mode: Normal
Computer Name: xxxxxxx
User Name: xxxxxxxxx
Time since boot: 21:09

Another problem that I am having is when I go to schedule event Start and
End Time is missing and not available. If I double click on a specific time
it is still not available but I can increase or decrease duration and when I
send out or save the time that I double click on is correct. Even on
existing events if I double click to open Time is missing.

Once you set the default time zone in Entourage then "forget it".

This setting is not like changing the Time Zone in System Preferences.
It is instead intended to be Entourage's "point of reference".

A simple rule of thumb is to always schedule meetings based on the time
zone you're currently in. A 10:00 a.m. meeting on the West Coast is the
same as a 1:00 p.m. meeting on the East Coast. If you are currently on
the East Coast then schedule the meeting for 1:00 p.m. If you are
currently in the Midwest then schedule the meeting for 12:00 p.m.
(Central time).

When you travel to the West Coast for that meeting, you will change the
Time Zone in System Preferences but leave Entourage alone. None of your
meetings times will have changed although they will appear "shifted".
You'll notice other meetings are shifted as well but keep in mind that
for the time zone you're currently in, those meeting times are still
correct.

Also, quit Entourage before changing time zones or it will not get
updated and will not reflect the correct time zone. Road Warriors with
laptops often like to just close and go, but Entourage only checks for
the current time zone when it is launched.
Another problem that I am having is when I go to schedule event Start and
End Time is missing and not available. If I double click on a specific time
it is still not available but I can increase or decrease duration and when I
send out or save the time that I double click on is correct. Even on
existing events if I double click to open Time is missing.

Are the dates still visible? Have you possibly selected "All Day Event"?
