Calendar Time zone change?? Why?

I have 2008 Entourage on a MBP running 10.6.1

I sync a BlackBerry Storm using the new Desk Top for Mac by RIM

I entered several repeating events that were using a custom setting of every
2nd Weds of the month. I am in the Central Time Zone.

Well, marvelously a couple of those series of repeating events moved to a
Tuesday and they say that they are in the Casablanca Time Zone.
(I had not planned being there... But it might be fun) ;-)

How can I change the time Zone for these individual events?
All my others seem OK

You can indeed specify the time zone for a specific event. Open the
event and it's there in the menus,
