My husband's office already uses the Outlook Calendar. They have a
central office calendar that everyone can access and then some of the
individual departments have their own calendars. For instance, my
husband is in Financial Services. He can check the individual calendar
for each employee in Financial Services but they can't find a way to
update the calendar for one individual in his department and have that
update show up on the calendar of everyone else in the department. They
have to update every individual calendar manually. If they try to do a
general update it shows up on the whole agency calendar calendar and
they don't want that. For example, if he sets up a meeting on his
calendar, he just wants it to show up on the calendars of the employees
in his department and not the whole office. Is there any way to update
designated groups of calendars at one time without updating the whole
agency calendar? I hope that I have explained this well enough.
