How do you change the color or style of individual task bars on calendar view?

Hi Ted,
Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
Other than using a vba routine, you can't individually colour tasks like you
can in the Gantt Chart view. However, you could insert a column in the Gantt
Chart view for the Marked field and then select the task(s) you want the
same colour for and change the No to Yes. Then in the Calendar view,
Format/Bar Styles.../select Marked and change the colour. You could use a
series of customized fields with IIF statements seting up a condition and
marking those that comply, but there's only one Marked field.
