Calendar View - Display Resource Name

Using MS Project 2007, I have created an Administrative project plan to
account for all time off.

I would like to have the admin staff print the time off calendar for easy
viewing.

Unfortunately, the task name display and not the resource name.

Is it possible to display the resource name instead ?

Hello TC,

Yes, choose Format > Bar Styles. Select the noncritical task
type. In the Fields section at the bottom enter:
Name,Resource Names. Repeat for critical tasks.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
